Basic Fudge Recipe
- 1 Cup Activated Nut Butter *do not use if you have not introduced nuts or nut butter yet
- 1 Cup Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Softened
- 1 Tbsp Manuka Honey
- 1 Tbsp Homemade Vanilla Extract See separate recipe
Other Variations
- 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut Instead of nut butter
- 1/4 Cup Coarsely Cut Nuts For a different texture
- 1 Cup Coconut Cream Instead of nut butter
- 1 Cup Raw Cacao Powder Only use after digestive symptoms have ceased
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Ghee

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the food processor and blend until all well combined and creamy
- line a glass pyrex dish with bleach free baking paper and pour the ingredients into the dish
- Place dish into the freezer for 45 minutes to an hour so that it hardens quickly and doesn't separate
- Remove from freezer and store in the fridge
- Cut small square portions as desired
