GAPS Mint Tea
Good organic mint tea can be found at your local health food store, however here are the instructions on how to make your own. There are a variety of mint plants available at nurseries; spearmint, chocolate mint, apple mint, pineapple mint, lemon mint, etc.
Mint has some interesting healing properties associated with settling a nervous tummy and ability to slow down the growth of harmful bacteria and fungi. The most interesting aspect is its well documented anti-fungal properties which are suggested to play a part in the treatment of asthma.
