Fresh Mint
Chopped
Honey
To sweeten as desired
Instructions
Cut some fresh mint leaves by removing them from their stems
Place the leaves into a pot and pour filtered boiling water over the top and allow to steep for 3 – 5 minutes.
Pour the tea through a tea strainer and enjoy
Use one teaspoon of mint tea leaves per cup
