These guys know how to make GAPS Sausages without any additives. Just tell them you want Linda’s sausages with no flour and be sure to ask for the extra fat added which we want lots of but it also helps to bind the sausages properly. You may need to place an order in advance and take in some organic salt and garlic. Request some extra bags of fat to prepare your homemade dripping.
