Anita Hamilton

We are delighted to introduce this very special lady who will simply warm your heart with her wonderful nurturing words.

Anita is the founder and facilitator of ‘Angelight Yoga’ a unique and transformative Yoga & Meditation Studio. Surrounded by gum trees on her property on the Brisbane Bayside, it is a sacred space for movement, healing and self-discovery. Very much a soul sanctuary, this heavenly haven welcomes all divine beings who wish to explore, stretch, surrender, reveal, inspire and heal all layers of their body, mind and soul (inside and out).

Separate to her private Yoga and Meditation Studio, Anita’s experience include her facilitation as a Yoga Teacher Trainer for ‘My Health Yoga Australia’ and her passion to participate in group gatherings, retreats and immersion work. Anita has trained with Doreen Virtue as an Angel Intuitive and Angel Card Reader, and ever evolving, she is currently exploring the new pathways of Shamanism.

As a busy parent coupled with work commitments, we often find little time to reflect on what is important including our own needs for being nurtured and grounded so I feel blessed to have found Anita as my own yoga and meditation teacher over 5 years ago.  Anita has helped enrich my own path in life with her detoxifying yoga movements and insightful words during meditation in the most nurturing way.

I am honoured, humbled and joyous on all levels of my being to be walking my talk and following my path of truth. The divine practices of YOGA & Meditation have become a way of life for me, bringing a deeper sense of connection, love, joy and peace within my Being.

I am forever grateful for all of the ‘life tools’ (conscious breath, connection to self, acceptance, awareness, forgiveness, kindness, balance, surrender, feeling, healing – to name a few) that I integrate into my journey on a daily basis. I see these tools as gifts of light, enabling myself, my family and those who cross my light path to be guided and awakened to their soul self.

I am passionate about selfless service, I believe in magic, miracles, the teacher within and most importantly ‘I love what I do and I do what I love’. I feel blessed, delighted and excited to journey with you and very much look forward to sharing a weekend of bliss and nourishment with you all”.
