Filtered Boiled Water

Chamomile Flower Heads
Fresh or Dried
Honey
To sweeten if desired
Instructions
Snip the flowers off when they’re flowering in summer, and use them fresh in a teapot with filtered boiling water.
You may also dry them and store them in an airtight container to use at a later time
Let the tea steep for 3 – 5 minutes before pouring through a tea strainer (consumed between meals).
